Holybelly

As good Kinfolk fans we like to keep an eye out on their web recommendations every time we travel. That is how we found HOLYBELLY,  right next to Paris’  Saint Martin Canal, a super welcoming space exquisitely decorated and with a terrace round the back. We had just the right amount of time to enjoy a cup coffee and a slice of cake but we cannot wait to go back and try out the menu recommended by one of the lovely waitresses (judging by the plates on all the tables we believe she may have been right). The concept is simple: good coffee, good food and good service. We promise to talk more about the menu whenever we visit Paris next.

Como buenos fans de Kinfolk nos gusta mirar las recomendaciones de su web cada vez que viajamos. Eso fue lo que nos llevó hasta Holybelly,  junto al Canal Saint Martin de París, un espacio muy acogedor con una decoración exquisita y un patio trasero junto a la cocina. Teníamos el tiempo justo para disfrutar de un café y un trozo de tarta pero estamos deseando volver para poder probar el menú que nos recomendó una de las chicas que trabajaba allí (a juzgar por los platos que veíamos en casi todas las mesas podemos decir que tenía toda la razón). Como ellos dicen el concepto es simple: buen café, buena comida y buen servicio. Del menú ya os hablaremos en nuestra próxima visita a París.
